Two modes of operation -
Intelli-Gen has two built in modes of operation, selected by a switch in the
panel, Float Mode and Timer Mode, both of which are described below.

Float Mode - In Float Mode,
Intelli-Gen monitors stock tank water level and starts or stops the
generator according to water level.
This mode is simply activated with a switch in the panel.

Timer Mode - In Timer Mode,
Intelli-Gen starts or stops the generator with the integrated timer system.
This mode of operation is typically used in freezing weather and to
prevent tank freezing, and is simply activated with a switch in the panel.

Not limited to 3 gallons per minute -
Intelli-Gen easily powers a 2 HP
(standard, 230 volt) submersible pump that allows hundreds of head of livestock
to be watered efficiently and reliably.
(example: 18 gpm from 220 ft. depth in a typical application)

No need for oversized, expensive water storage facilities - With an
Intelli-Gen system a 10’ stock tank
(less than $400) works great in most applications.

Portable - Because of the compact size and integrated fuel tank,
Intelli-Gen can easily be rotated to
different areas or pastures with your cattle.
Can be easily moved with a bale bed or other bale handling equipment, or
trailer mounted models are available.

Like having utility power anywhere -
Intelli-Gen is similar to having
utility power anywhere on your ranch, at a fraction of the cost, with no minimum
monthly charge when no power is used, plus
Intelli-Gen is portable. ( An

Less required system runtime -
Intelli-Gen spends a large part of the time simply monitoring the tank level
and waiting for a start signal.

Easy fueling and service - The
Intell-Gen protective cover allows complete access to the engine and
generator, while protecting the system from rodents.
The control panel can be easily removed and sent back to the factory if

unit is ground level with no dangerous towers to climb for maintenance or
repairs.

Pump and generator protection - The
Intelli-Gen control system starts the
submersible pump only after the engine has started and warmed up.
This prevents damage to the pump and generator, and allows for easy
starts of the engine. Shutdown
affords the same protection, with the pump unloading one minute prior to engine
shutdown, eliminating low voltage/low frequency conditions and greatly extending
pump and generator life.

Extremely fuel efficient - Even though it runs on gasoline, when
connected to the proper size pump for the application, the
Intelli-Gen system uses a
surprisingly small amount of fuel.
(Water 25 head of cows for 45 days on one eight gallon tank of fuel.)
The cost of hauling one load of water is usually greater than the cost of
fuel this unit uses in several months.
